TASTING NOTES:

Toi Toi Reserve Sauvignon Blanc – Our Reserve Sauvignon Blanc is fantastically fruited, with intense aromatic notes on the nose consisting of passionfruit, kiwi fruit, feijoa and musk characters. These tones are following by a juicy and lively concentrated palate.

Lake Chalice Raptor Sauvignon Blanc – Sourced from select vineyards in the rich loamy soils of the Dillons Point area of Marlboroughメs lower Wairau Valley. Machine harvested in the cool of the evening and transported immediately to minimise oxygenation. Fermented at low temperatures to highlight freshness and tropical characters. Palate & Aroma: Generous and full, layered with grapefruit and blackcurrant, this wine is also underpinned by salt and mineral notes with a concentrated long finish.

Rapaura Springs Rohe Sauvignon Blanc – The Rohe Blind River Sauvignon Blanc shows attractive aromas of lemongrass, ripe pink grapefruit and yellow stone fruits with underlying jalapeano and yellow bell peppers. The palate is big, super concentrated and luscious with layers of sweet melon, ripe grapefruit and papaya complemented by an attractive moorish and juicy acidity.

Caythorpe Sauvignon Blanc – The bouquet is intensely aromatic with pungent passionfruit, nectarine and notes of citrus. The palate is dry; the palate features elegant and concentrated flavours of passionfruit, green rockmelon, grapefruit and lemon peel characters.

Astrolabe Province Sauvignon Blanc – Made from grapes grown across three Marlborough sub-regions – the Wairau Valley, the Awatere Valley and the Kekerengu Coast. Sauvignon Blanc is widely considered by the wine drinkers of the world to reach its pinnacle of potential in Marlborough. Style is dry, expressive and elegantly balanced.

The Darling Sauvignon Blanc – The grapes are sourced from two organic vineyards in the Wairau Valley of Marlborough. One located in the Rapaura region and is un-irrigated while the second is located towards the Upper Wairau on Fareham Lane. The first thing you will notice is the intense aroma of this wine with notes of citrus and tropical fruits. These flavours follow through on the palate, while the wild fermentation in barrel adds great weight and texture to the wine that makes you want to go back for more.
