This bar is made in collaboration with Palliser Estate Winery and it’s designed to pair with ‘The Griffin’ Methode Traditionelle. Made using beans sourced through a direct partnership with Vanuatu cacao farmers, who are paid above market price for their beans, benefiting growers and the communities they support.

Single origin cacao from the northwest coast of Malekula Island, Vanuatu. Transformed from bean to bar in Wellington, New Zealand.
