We’ve all committed the odd fashion crime. But did you know you can actually go to jail for wearing too much gold lamé? The Baron found that out the hard way – and was locked up for life. To escape, he distracted the guards from their sugary, cinnamony afternoon donuts and spiked them with contraband rum. They knocked the guards out cold, and soon The Baron was free. To celebrate, he recreated the flavour in chocolate. It’s so good it should be illegal.

The tiny French town of La Clichée had a seriously big problem: nobody there got anything done. Instead they sat in petit cafés all day. The baguettes never got baked. The bouffants never got bouffed. The beret factory was completely deserted. Until The Baron came to their rescue and created Le Breakfast Bar. It delivers a hit of extra-strong Rich coffee and an indulgence of buttery croissant, with every bite. Et voila, La Clichée-ites could get their café fix on the go, and now you can too.

Baron Hasselhoff’s “Pirate Mary” Rosemary Infused Salted Caramels

Some people do it for the paycheck. The Baron does it for love. Like the time he swiped right on ‘Rosemary’ a stormy-eyed sailor with mermaid tattoos and a wooden leg. For their real-life meet, he created a recipe in her honour: soft, chewy caramels infused with fragrant rosemary and a kick of Blenheim sea salt. They’re as good as they sound. But sadly, Rosemary wasn’t. She was a 94-year old cat lady who just wanted free chocolate. Bummer.

When The Baron was there, the local spice master promised to shimmy out a flavour combo he’d never forget. She danced up a storm of chai spice, licorice and fresh ginger with a spicy jolt of Szechuan pepper. Her hips said it was delicious – and those hips don’t lie. It’ll blow your mind.

Baron Hasselhoff’s “Swinging Sultan” Rose, Raspberry & Pomegranate Truffles

Here’s a tip: if your band gets booked for a Dire Straits-themed wedding in Istanbul, never (repeat NEVER) pull an unexpected key change during “Sultans of Swing”. The Baron learned that the hard way. Outraged, the guests flipped the dessert table and pelted the stage with their sweet, sweet leftovers. Soon, a mix of pomegranate molasses and raspberries, lightly infused with rose petals was flying at them. The bad news is, it wrecks your perm. The good news is, it’s delicious.

Baron Hasselhoff’s “Marj’s Yule Trifle” Bar

Everyone has that relative – For The Baron it’s Auntie Marjorie. Every year she hides inside a giant trifle wearing a snorkel. After lunch, she leaps out covered in creamy custard, brandy-soaked sponge and dusted with raspberries. It’s a bit weird to eat it afterwards, but damn is it worth it. Because no festivity is complete without it, the Baron’s made Marj’s yule trifle into a bar – just for you. All the deliciousness. None of the awkwardness.
